Hi, I'm Alexis David — a writer of cozy chaos and quiet intensity. I write stories for the young adult who stays up late wondering who they are, for the dreamer who believes there's magic hiding in the unremarkable, and for anyone who’s ever felt just a little out of place.

My work spans young adult, thrillers, romances, fantasy, literary fiction, and LGBTQ+ fiction. Whether it’s a small-town page-turner unraveling in starlight, or a slow-burn love story between two lost souls, I’m drawn to characters who are figuring things out — imperfectly, beautifully, and often while holding onto secrets.

When I’m not writing, you’ll find me thrifting, playing with my cat, or researching random topics at 2 a.m. I believe in change, indestructible friendships, poetry, and characters who break your heart just a little.
